Tech Rehearsal
Wednesday, April 24th - GR MS/HS

  • 3:30 - 6:00pm (Arrival time determines the start time, which determines the end time -- please try to be on time and ready)Parents bring dancers to the GR MS/HS auditorium and drop off - they will sit by grade, as marked on the rows; Tech Rehearsal monitors report to and remain with your assigned row.

  • Proper dance shoes are required. PLEASE LABEL ALL SHOES WITH DANCERS' LAST NAME (to ensure shoes are not lost during changes).

  • This is the first time to practice the finale as a dance company; we will run through it a few times. Once that is completed, we will run through the show, in recital order, from start to finish, including the finale. All dancers must stay the entire time. We hope to be done by 6pm.

    • Nude leotard and nude tights (This is worn under the costumes to allow for rapid costume changes in the classrooms).

    • Costumes and all accessories that came with the costume. There will be a photo in each of the rooms showing what accessories to wear.

    • Dance shoes.

    • If your child will be using a mask, please wear a plain, black colored mask.

    • Hair must be in a HIGH PONYTAIL (for those with shorter hair: if a high ponytail is not possible, half up is acceptable).

    • Water bottle.

    • Non-messy items to keep the dancers entertained (PLEASE NO MARKERS). Electronics may be brought, but please note that internet service is spotty in the school. • Before you leave, please be sure that ALL of your child's costume(s) and accessories have been repacked in their bags/laundry basket. There is not any time to replace lost items before the recital on Sunday.
